ホテル利用規約

すべての利用規約はウェブサイトwww.samabe.comを通じて行われた予約に適用されます。

1. 到着前
   www.samabe.comへの予約メールは２４時間以内に返信されます。
2. オンラインリザベーション
   当社のウェブサイトを通じて行われたすべての予約には、予約内容と情報が記載された確認書が送信されます。
   • すべての宿泊予約は、予約時に有効なクレジット カードの詳細を提供することによって保証される必要があります。
   • 返金可能な」予約の場合、キャンセル期間/ウィンドウに入るまで、またはキャンセル条件に従ってキャンセルされるまで、クレジット カードに請求は行われません。
   • 「返金不可」のご予約の場合、ご予約時に全額をクレジットカードに請求させていただきます。 さらに、リゾートでのチェックインの際、予約に使用したクレジット カードをご提示ください。チェックインの際、クレジット カードの領収書に署名する必要があります。
   • クレジット カードは滞在期間中有効である必要があります。 リゾートでのチェックインの際、予約に使用したクレジットカードをご提示ください。
   • すべての支払いは、請求日のリゾートで有効な為替レートを使用してインドネシア ルピア (IDR) で決済されます。
   • 代理で予約する場合は、リゾートに直接連絡する必要がございます。ご連絡が無い場合、第三者への請求を手配するためにリゾートから連絡が届きます。

お子様のご宿泊について

• 既存のベッドで大人と同室にご宿泊の1-3歳のお子様は無料でご利用いただけます。
• 既存のベッドで大人と同室にご宿泊の4-11歳のお子様は、ご利用プランに応じた追加料金が加算されます。
• 12歳以上のお子様は大人とさせていただきます。通常の宿泊料金でのご利用となります。

キャンセルポリシー

• 到着前 7 日 以内に予約をキャンセルした場合、予約の全期間料金が請求されます。
• ハイシーズン（8月）およびピークシーズン（12月26日～1月8日）
  • ご到着日60日前以降のキャンセルには1泊分のキャンセル料
  • ご予約日30日前以降のキャンセルならびにノーショーにはご予約全日程分のキャンセル料
• 返金不可：
  ご予約時に全額をクレジットカードに請求させていただきます。 キャンセル、変更、またはノーショウの場合は、予約料金総額が課金されます。
• ノーショー：ご予約全日程分のキャンセル料
• 時間は施設の現地バリ島時間に基づいています

チェックイン・チェックアウト

当リゾートのチェックインタイムは午後2時、チェックアウトタイムは正午12時です。

アルコール飲料のご利用について

• アルコール飲料は18歳以上のお客様にのみご提供いたします。
• リゾート外からお持込のアルコール飲料にはお持込料を頂戴します。

コネクティングルーム

スイートルームのコネクティングルームご希望についてはチェックイン時の空き状況によりますため事前の確約はいたしかねます。

ペットについて

ペットをお連れになってのご利用はできません。

レイトチェックアウト

• レイトチェックアウトは当日の空き状況によりお受けしております。以下の追加料金がかかります。
• 午後6時までのレイトチェックアウト：チェックアウト当日のご宿泊料金の50%
• 午後10時までのレイトチェックアウト：チェックアウト当日のご宿泊料金の100%
• 早くにご到着のお客様、および遅くにご出発になられるお客様にホスピタリティラウンジをご用意しております。

ベストのオンライン料金を保証

Samabe.com guarantees you will not find a better price on any other website. If you find a lower price within 24 hours of making your booking at https://www.samabe.com, after checking it we will match the lower price. To make a claim, email mail@samabe.com, with including following information:

1. Your booking number or check in date, and name
2. Screenshot and link to the website where you have found the cheaper rate

Claim Terms & Conditions

• A claim must be submitted within 24 hours after making a reservation through www.samabe.com
• A claim may be rejected if it is incomplete, is submitted in an unsupported language, or concerns a website that is in an unsupported language.
• For the Competing Rate to be valid, it must be a currently available lower published online room rate for the same dates, the same number of guests, the same room type, and include similar or additional value-added amenities (e.g., free breakfast).
• Booking fees, extra adult fees, fees for children, rollaway charges will be included in the rate comparison.
• Claims may be denied if the difference is less than one percent.
• The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:
  • Unpublished or negotiated rates (e.g., corporate discount rates, group rates, meeting rates);
  • Rates requiring membership, requiring discount codes or coupons, flash sale, or otherwise not intended for the general public;
  • Package rates (e.g., rates that include a combination of a room and airfare)
  • Rates offered by providers that do not provide the name or location of the hotel until after a reservation has been made
  • Rates offered on on-request websites that do not provide immediate hotel confirmations
  • The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations that are not booked through samabe.com, and Samabe does not offer compensation for cancellation fees.
  • The Best Rate Guarantee will be suspended during times where the Samabe Website or certain rates are not available due to an outage, a technical issue or a circumstance beyond Samabe's reasonable control.
  • Samabe has the sole right to determine the validity of any claim. Samabe Bali Suites & Villas reserves the right to deny a claim, if it cannot independently verify the availability of a Competing Rate at the time it processes the claim.
